Yes at least one of them can, called Jet Airways. I have flown them recently and was pleasantly surprised with the excellent quality of service and food – even in Cattle class. Guardian also seems to agree with me.

Steps to cook the aubergines:
Heat the oven to 210C/410F/gas mark 6½.
Cut the aubergines into roughly 3cm squarish chunks.
